Peeters Tweewielers required a comprehensive digital transformation to elevate their online retail presence. The goal was to build a fully responsive, lightning-fast digital storefront that could elegantly handle a complex catalog while providing an effortless shopping experience from the first click to the final purchase.
For a robust retail catalog, standard navigation and out-of-the-box Shopify layouts often create user friction and slow down page load times. The challenge was to engineer a custom architecture that prioritized extreme site speed (“fluent fast” performance) and deep product discoverability, all while ensuring the platform performed flawlessly across every mobile and desktop device.

I led the full-stack development of the website, utilizing custom Liquid coding to bypass the limitations of basic themes and construct a tailor-made, high-performance ecosystem.

Engineered a custom, highly intuitive megamenu. This allowed for the clean categorization of complex product lines, enabling users to navigate directly to their desired items without cognitive overload.
